Buy vouchers (credit)
Vouchers can be bought like normal articles. If you have purchased a voucher and this was released after successful payment and
confirmation via email, the amount will appear in your shopping cart. Now you can send the desired amount by e-mail. Just click
on the link  "Send Gift Voucher".

Use coupon
To dispatch a coupon, please click on the link "Send Coupon" in your shopping basket. We need the following information of you:
Name, a valid e-mail address of the recipient and the amount. You have also the possibility of shipping parts of Your balance. If
desired you can enter a short message to the recipient. Please check your information again before sending. You have any time to
correct your data before sending .
 
Redeem vouchers
Once you have a balance, you can use it to pay for your orders. During the order process you have the possibility to redeem your
credit. If the balance is less than the value of goods you need to choose your preferred method of payment for the difference amount.
If your credit is more that the value of goods, the remaining balance automatically remains on your next order.
 
Entering vouchers
If you have received a coupon via e-mail, you can book the amount as follows:
  1. Click the link provided in the email.
  2. After you have added a product to your shopping cart, you can use your voucher code for payment there.
